Ashley Sabb, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a dedicated and highly experienced Family Nurse Practitioner serving patients at Advanced Pain Management in Evans, GA. Licensed in both Georgia and South Carolina, Ashley brings a diverse clinical background to her role, with experience spanning internal medicine, vascular surgery, inpatient rehabilitation, diabetes management, and spinal cord injury care.
Ashley earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University, where she completed advanced training as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Augusta University. Throughout her nursing and advanced practice career, Ashley has demonstrated a strong commitment to providing holistic, patient-centered care with an emphasis on education, chronic disease management, and quality outcomes.
Ashley began her Nurse Practitioner career in 2019, working as a hospitalist in Aiken, SC, where she conducted comprehensive health assessments, wrote medical orders, coordinated inpatient care, and managed both acute and chronic conditions. In addition, she served as a Nurse Practitioner for Augusta University’s vascular surgery team, where she performed pre- and post-operative assessments and provided care for patients undergoing vascular procedures.
Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Ashley worked for five years as a Registered Nurse at the Charlie Norwood V.A. Medical Center in Augusta, GA. During that time, she specialized in spinal cord injury rehabilitation and pain management, serving as a Charge Nurse, Team Leader, and Preceptor. Her work included complex patient care planning, wound management, diabetes education, and patient advocacy.
Ashley’s clinical rotations and experience have provided her with a strong foundation in diagnostics, including interpreting imaging such as x-rays, EKGs, and ultrasounds. She is passionate about empowering patients to take an active role in their health and thrives on building trusting, long-term relationships with those she serves. Ashley is accepting new patients.
